Hugo Drayton is CEO of the innovative advertising technology business, InSkin Media (www.inskinmedia.com <http://www.inskinmedia.com/> ).  Prior to InSkin Media, he spent 2 years as CEO of the behavioural targeting specialist, Phorm, following 2 years as European Managing Director of Advertising.com, the world's largest digital ad network, owned by AOL.
 
Hugo spent 10 years at The Telegraph Group, as Managing Director of the Group, and previously as the company's Marketing Director and New Media Director. Hugo was responsible for planning and building Electronic Telegraph (telegraph.co.uk), the UK's first national online newspaper.  He also served on the boards of several media and digital businesses, including handbag.com, Newsplayer (now Catalyst Media), Stream Group and Whittard of Chelsea plc.
 
Before the Telegraph, Hugo was International Director of IPC Audiotex, launching automated telephony partnerships for media businesses across Europe. His early career was spent overseas with Coats Viyella, the textile group, where he held Marketing and Sales Director roles in South America and Europe.
 
Hugo is Chairman of the British Skin Foundation and the British Internet Publishers Alliance; he is a regular contributor to the trade press and publishing conferences.  He lives in Camden, London, with his Spanish wife Blanca and their 3 children.
